Joanne Watkins, 1st 40-44, ran an age best diamond standard time of 20.08.
Amy Balaam was 2nd 40-44 in an age best gold standard time of 21.11.
Mark Crookes, in his first race as a 55+, ran a gold standard 21.58.
Belle Watkins ran 22.24 which was only 3 seconds off her pb time.
Sam Smith ran 23.05.
Stephanie Ellis 2nd 55-59 ran a pb and age best diamond standard time of 23.49.
Gail Hardingham was 2nd 65-69 in a gold age best time of 27.28.
