Leanne Finch was 2nd overall and 1st 18-39 in 29.29.
Matthew Crane. First 5 miler as a 45-49 in a gold standard pb time of 33.25.
Amy Balaam 3rd 40-44 in a BVH pb and an an age best gold standard 34.41.
Belle Watkins 2nd 15-17 in a silver stadard pb time of 36.44.
Stephanie Ellis running her first 5 mile race was 2nd 55-59 in a diamond standard age club record time of 38.26.
Poppy Balaam also running her first 5 mile race finished in a bronze standard 41.13.
Gail Hardingham 4th 65-69 an age club best and diamond standard time of 44.13.
Simon Alcock first 5 mile as a 55+ 44.38.
