What a change it was to be spectating in the sun and the weather conditions seemed to suit the BVH members as they all had great runs. As follows:-
Simon Bales was 1st V45 in 37.56.
Alastair Leckie, wearing his new vest for the first time, ran 39.45.
Joanne Watkins was 1st Senior lady in 41.30.
Harly Moon was 3rd senior lady in a gold standard pb time of 42.20.
Shaun Hurr, after stopping for 2 mins with breathing difficulties finished in 44.20.
BelleWatkins, after a busy week of running, ran an excellent 2 min silver standard pb time of 47.34.
