Thomas Abbs and Lee Quibell were our only two members running at this years George Munday.
Thomas continues to improve with a diamond standard pb by over a minute in 35.23.
Lee Quibell, running with the dreaded BVH cold, ran 39.04 which is only 20secs short of his BVH pb.
