There were another set of excellent results at the North Walsham 5k on 28 June, as follows:-
Billy Eccles was 1st overall in 16.36.
Thomas Abbs, in his first 5k road race, ran a diamond standard 17.13.
Alastair Leckie was 2nd 45+ in 18.21. This was his first race as a 45+ in a diamond standard time.
Eva Eccles was 2nd senior lady in 20.05.
Eleanor Chapman 4th senior lady in 20.34.
Mark Crookes, nursing a couple of sore legs, ran 22.06.
Belle Watkins ran a bronze BVH pb time of 23.03.
Scott Chapman 24.25.
Stephanie Ellis was 2nd 50+ in a gold standard pb time of 24.32.
Martin Colley 24.55.
Gail Hardingham 2nd 65+ 27.37. First race as a 65+ and gold standard time.
Graham Cox 28.01.
Sally Porter 32.06.
