At the Aylsham 10k:
Carl White was 6th overall and first 40+ in 35.28
Thomas Abbs, in only his second ever race, and on little training ran a gold standard time of 36.32.
Matt Stone running his first race for quite some time was 6th 50+ in 43.28
Amy Balaam was 7th lady overall and 2nd 40+ in 44.50
Belle Watkins had another strong run to finish in 51.13.
Martin Colley, after a long break, ran 54.37
