It was a pleasure to be back at Shouldham especially on a beautiful sunny morning and although we only had a few members running, most came away with a medal.
In the 3k under 13 girls race Imogen Dungar, running her first race for BVH, finished 3rd in 15.01
Billy Eccles was on form again winning the under 15 boys 3k race in 10.29.
The other medal winners were:
Matthew Crane 2nd M45-49 in 20.32
Joanne Watkins 3rd L35-39 in 20.48
Alice Grant 3rd Senior Lady in 22.20. This was a massive 3 minutes faster than last years race!
Sridhar Tenjarla running for the first time at Shouldham and his first race for BVH ran 23.49.
It was good to see John Dungar back in the BVH vest after a long time off. John ran 26.10 but was suffering from the after effects of Covid.
