It was a lovley day out at The Norfolk Showground for the Gazelle’s relay stampede and certainly enjoyed by all.
In the individual 5k event Shaun Hurr ran 23.26 and his son Milo, running his first ever race, finished first in his age group in the 2k event.
Our super 60+ team of Gail Hardingham, Jonathan Foot, Nigel Arnold and Phil Hurr were second in their category.
Gail, on the first leg ran 26.42 with an age grading of 72.07%
