What started out as good conditions changed pretty quickly into another hot and humid morning for the 23 BVH members taking part.
The course is tough and certainly not one for personal best times although there were a couple with Michael Eccles, 11th overall in a diamond standard 33.56 and Ryan Davidson in 12th place, also in a diamond standard 33.58. Scott Walford was hard on their heels finishing 14th overall in 34.16. This was Scott’s fastest run on this course and only 5 seconds short of his pb. Scott was also 2nd M45+ winning a £50.00 voucher. Phil Hurr was in the prizes yet again as the 1st VM60+ in 40.22 winning a £75.00 voucher. Karyn Bray, running her first race as a 50 year old, ran an age record diamond standard time of 46.56 and was 3rd FV50. Well done all.
