What a hot day it turned out to be. It was bad enough spectating so I take my hat off to all 20 members who ran.
Scott Walford has always said he loves running in the heat and he proved that today by finishing 7th overall, 1st M40 and running a pb time of 34.12. What a great way to celebrate his birthday.
Faith Viney had a great run too finishing 2nd lady in 39.34 and was rewarded with a £200.00 prize!! That was certainly worth the effort.
