Even though the weather wasn’t very kind today the club still had great results at the Shouldham Warren 5k, coming away with 4 award winners and a few personal bests.
In what was a very close and exciting battle Ryan Davidson finished 1st Senior man in a superb time of 16.18. Not to be outdone by Ryan, Faith Viney was the easy winner of the senior ladies race in 19.04 and suffering with a head cold too.
Ian Jermy ran hard from the word go which helped him to a course pb and 3rd M40 in 18.05.
John Baxter was also on form finishing 1st M60 in a pb time of 20.35.
Autumn Hales proved that a Mousehold session the day before a race isn’t a bad thing after all as she took over a minute off her previous time finishing 4th lady in 22.27.
Tara Baxter ran her usual gutsy race and ,with a good sprint finish, ended up in 6th place in 24.05
Bob Carter on his first outing to Shouldham thoroughly enjoyed the course and was 6th M55 in 24.58.
