Well done to Simon Mortlock on his pb today at The Trowse 10k which was an acheivement considering he didn’t even want to get out of bed and said it wasn’t worth going. He took over a minute off his last time to run 47.52.
Sarah Bird ,who also ran a pb time of 54.15, and Dad Andy (1.07.06) were our only other two members competing. I think everyone else missed the boat on this one as the race filled up very quickly.
We also had 4 BVH running the Holt 10k the previous Sunday and although a tough course it didn’t stop 3 running personal best times and 1 a seasons and age best.
