23 BVH were on the start line for the final Wroxham 5k and with excellent results, coming away with three category prizes and numerous personal best times.
Lawrence Wade was first vet 40 in 17.00. Dave Walker, in his first 5k for the club, finished 2nd vet 45 in 17.36 and Sarah Stubbs 3rd vet 40 in 21.36.

Sam Coyne 16.47 ,Paul Jarvey 21.02, Amy Balaam 21.11. Emma Fox 22.46, Leanne Shanks 25.08, James Goff 25.28, Emma Cattermull 26.03, and Karen Wraighte 26.18.
