In the last of the Yarmouth 5 mile series BVH had yet more success with Sam Coyne winning the second senior man trophy in a personal best time of 27.27 and Lawrence Wade the second 40+ trophy in 28.30. Arron Coe continues to improve, running his 7th pb of the year in a time of 33.56. Simon Mortlock getting back to full fitness ran a pb of 35.16.
The star of the night has to be Sally Porter who,only just over a year ago, was on the Blickling couch to 5k programme, took over 2 minutes off her last run to finish in 46.26.
