It was a lovley evening for spectating but not so good for the runners who had to cope with really hot and humid conditions. There were 27 members on the entry list but due to injuries and the heat only 18 started but thankfully 18 finished.
We had 3 prize winners who came away with some cash, 3 personal bests and 2 running their first 5 miler for the club.

Great running by everyone especially in the hard conditons. The prosecco, beer and burgers certainly went down well afterwards.
