On what must have been an ordeal running the London Marathon, which was the hottest one on record, both Craig Bowen-Jones and Jonathan Foot had excellent runs. They didn’t get the times they were aiming for but certainly did themselves and the club really proud.
Everyone at BVH were concerned about the conditions and were so pleased to see them cross the finish line. A big well done for toughing it out.
Craig finished in an excellent time of 3.02.43 and Jon, in his first marathon for BVH, ran 5.00.12. Great running both.
