BVH had another great set of results today at The Humpty Dumpty CC 10k race ending up with 4 trophies, 4 pb’s and an age pb. Sam Coyne, Ryan Davidson, Simon Patridge and Greg Howard also won the silver county senior men’s team medal.
Trophy winners were Sam Coyne, first senior man in 34.45, RyanDavidson 2nd senior man in a pb time of 34.47, Faith Viney 1st senior lady in 39.34 and Sabina Spence 1st F45-49 in 42.51.
Simon Partridge knocked nearly a minute off his time to run 35.46. Craig Bowen-Jones ran a pb time of 37.55. Greg Howard in his first 10k for the club and apparently running a pb to 5k finished in 44.26. Matt Stone ran a 45-49 age pb in 38.42.
Other members running in the very hot and humid conditions were Martin Adcock 44.17. Adrian Jay 44.33. Jonathan Edwards 47.14. Tracey Bowen-Jones 52.31. Sarah Jay 54.02 and Sally Sally Porter 1.00.59.
