A depleted team ran the Humpty Dumpty 10k due to the Wroxham 5k being run the following Wednesday.
But Scott Walford was determined to do both and came away with another trophy winning the Vet 45-49 age group in a time of 35.29. Let’s hope he has as much success on Wednesday.
Craig Bowen- Jones and Kevin Snelling, both first timers at the distance for the club, ran 39.00 and 43.24 respectively. Kevin will also be running at Wroxham.
