Well done to the three members running the windy ‘Dereham 10’ today. Scott Walford had a lonely run and nursing a injury still finished in an excellent second place overall and 1st male in the 45+ category in 58.27. As it was also a County Championship race Scott won the gold county medal in his age group.
Matt Stone running his first 10 miler and considering he doesn’t usually race much over the 10k distance ran 66.24. Ady Jay was roped into the team at the last minute and finished in 75.39.
