Simon Partridge had an excellent run today in the Trowse 10k finishing 7th overall in a pb time of 36.35. Rebecca Hall, running her first race after giving birth to the twins, finished in 49.10. Sarah Bird ran yet another pb in 49.54 and Alexandra Haswell took over 3 mins off her time to run 56.53. Andy Bird finished in 57.44. Great running all. Well done.
