Shouldham Warren 6.5k March 2018

On what was the coldest day of the year 7 hardy members still turned up to run the  Shouldham Warren 6.5k.  This was the last race in the series and with the overall prizes being awarded we were hoping for some success and we were not disappointed.
Sam Coyne, in a very close finish and on his first running of the 6.5k course, was 2nd overall in 22.11. Sam did take the wrong course on a couple of occasion. I think you are meant to follow the black arrows on the white boards Sam!!
Ryan Davidson was 3rd senior man in a pb time of 22.16.
Ian Jermy also ran a pb and was 2nd in the 40+ category in 24.49.
Matt Stone finished 4th 45+ in a pb time of 25.07.
Faith Viney was the clear winner in the senior ladies age group and also ran a pb time of 25.26.
John Baxter was the 60+ winner and in another pb of 27.53.
Autumn Hales was a bit under par but dug in to give the team some well needed points. She finished in 5th senior lady in 31.23.
We had great results In the overall series with Faith, Ian and John coming first and Sam and Matt 2nd.
Even better still BVH won the most improved club trophy.
